when you mine somthing above your head then it often reappears afterwards. if you go up 1 block highewr and do the same thing then it fixes the problem.

It seems that mobs in the nether do not drop xp :(
I'm also quite sure that you lose all your xp once you go through the portal.

sticky pistons don't destroy properly, the front part gets destroyed but the back part stays.
