Re: 1.9? Appdata is supposed to be hidden, no wonder you can't find it if you don't have hidden folders enabled.. i think it was somewhere at control panel.

Re: 1.9? Easiest way to find appdate imo is starting up minecraft -> login -> texture packs -> open texture packs folder et voila

Re: 1.9? if you have vista/windows 7 in the start menu searchbox, type; %appdata% and hit enter.
