What's up guys? I just watched a video about the new minecraft snapshot and personally I think it looks quite good! What are your thoughts? I thought the video was quite informative so I posted it here. :)

Liking the new gravel, and the new enderchests.
One question - will dispensers take in anything, or only lava/water? (e.g. if I dropped some dirt would it take it in?)

I don't think so, just water and lava.

Damn, if they took in items would be brillant for auto farms etc.

i agree, if they could make that work that would be good, but how would they do it? wouldnt it just plop out a block in front of it blocking the other blocks path? and how would they spit out the items, not the blocks? maybe 2 types of dispensers?

eh, there's a mod for it somewhere - can't remeber what it's called though :P

i cant imagine these 'ender chests' on a server...

oh yeah! the chest protection thing will probably protect it and give each player their own, but maybe it does that anyway.

For me new gravel is horrible. This is one of the oldest textures in minecraft, I don't want it to be changed. Also, I personally like the old one bettter.

But what about those emeralds? Does somebody know if iconomy is going to support that? It'd be really awesome to be able to see your money.

good question, maybe you just sell the emeralds for money? and can keep them to trade? that's probably going to be it imo
