Well, it's as simple as the title says, post your Desktop with Rainmeter skins here!

Rainmeter itself is a desktop customization software like the Windows Taskbar, just with more possibilities to customize!

Rainmeter is a desktop customisation software, like the Windows Taskbar. But you have way more possibilities to customize.

What a mess :P! I used to have Rainmeter, however it doesnt really like Triple monitor setups..
