Hello, as you might've notice, I'm building many houses, as designs and for other people.

Do you believe your house is cool? your house is awesome? your house is just simply beautifull? or just realistic?

Than you got to tryout to the house building competition I'm holding!

You can compete up to 2 competitions:

Wood-House Competition- soemthing that fits in a forest.

Urban house(something between countryside to modern)- something that fits in a plot and is not fully wooden(that means cobble houses are ok for this category)

Communical building- a house that is not fully made for living, hospitals, shops and other community buildings

Alternative housing - alright, it's not wooden house, and it's not fitting in a city? perhabs something more... original? or more diffrent? for example a floating house? underwater house? although things like mushroom made houses and glass only houses won't be acppeted for this category.

> Requirements and Restrictions <
You must build the house on your own or with 1 friend only.

you are required to post here an application with the stated things after the restriction and requirements.

You must not be: Shnoo, Russ, Toruk, a co-owner or higher. please note that Nirosu may decide that you aren't allowed to compete , members from penfold & Co will compete in the contest.

The house can have up 2.5 floors (ground floor, 2nd floor, attic), and 1 basement floor.

You must build the house after posting the application, you may build the house in the wild or plots, not in the nether, some houses that were made not long ago might be legible.

The house must include a bed, chest, crafting table, at least 3 diffrent matirials, a furnace.

You may not build a huge house which is more than 45x45, and even if u make a house in the legit size, please know that it won't make it better, we judge quality, not size. this refers to the house itself, you may build a garden inside and outside the house size, but overall size can't pass 65x45 blocks.

Please note Nirosu can decide that your house is not capble of participating.

The application of participation must include:
-Ingame name of the builders- 1 to 2.
-rank on the server-builder/member/VIP
-what competition you compete- up to 2 for member, 4 to VIP, you build a diffrent house for each of them.- 1 HOUSE CAN'T APPLY TO BOTH.
-the biome/city you build in, write 1 for each category house. PLEASE NOTICE THAT YOU DON'T NEED THIS INCLUDED UNTIL HOUSE IS BUILT, you can edit your application LATER.

Also, the competition might be split for vip and non vip because of the extra ability.

!The numbers of winners will be depended on number of participants and the prizes are secret and decided on quality and number of participants.!

Also you may win title for things in your house:
<Chef of the year>- best kitchen design
<Green Thumb>- best garden design
<Spongebob was here>- best bathroom
<Dream Generator>- best bedroom
<Bizzare>-most bizzare thing
<Visitor from another dimention>- most realistic house
<Master of the brush>- have something realy artistic

Please not you don't have to have any tryout for a title.

Other from that, just try your best and build good houses, I might split the competition into ranks:begginer, normal, VIP.
VIP can participate up to 4 categories :3

You got time until June 25th to submit your house, judging will start in June 16 and continue until June 28.

The Best houses will be photoed and uploaded to a post!
