Here's what i suggest as the Sky City town hall since we still dont have one. It was my build and all the views of the building are included.I still haven't got permission from Nirosu though but if she says it's ok where should it be? Do you guys like it? The interior can be changed aswell. Any questions please regard to me oopspwned on the minecraft server.
Also the water actually has a light effect to it screenshot quality isnt perfect :D

Looks Great!!!!! But just to let u know skycity is getting kinda crowded :P also the ground is made out of dirt >.<

and vip could use /vip grant to get grass blocks and place them around. The grass will spread to the rest of sky city.
