I am richie9352 and I would like to become a Guide. I believe I would make a good candidate for being a guide because I have been playing on the server for about a month now and love learning new things including new commands and redstone creations. I am currently a life scout in Boy Scouts of America and are a few months away from getting eagle scout. My scouting career has taught me to like helping people and how to be a leader. I love helping new players when I can and also showing them around all parts of the server. I love using the new commands I am learning daily. I have previously helped a new player that couldn't find a build plot, use my land for a week until we found a plot for him. I also have ventrilo.

I would like to be guide because i have vent now i have been trying to help people as much as possible reasently i have help many new comers find plots ive helped probally about 10 people find plots also ive help many people with redstone devices like,delsea31, lyska , zath,derptwig i just would love to be able to use my "abilities" to help more than i already have and im vip so i have comntributed to help aswell with the server, I have also made a few suggestions to try and help,

Ok, so I know that I asked you guys to withdraw my application because I said that I wouldn't be on the server much, and that there would be no point in me being a guide if I wasn't going to be on the server, but recently I have started getting back into the routine. So, I am asking if you guys would kindly reconsider me becoming a guide. I am/will be going on vent whenever I am on the server. Sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused (once again).

Hello all! My name is Zerohax!
When I first came to the Slap server, it was my first time ever playing Minecraft. Lucky for me i did join with a few friends and we helped eachother.
When they were not online i did ask for help in chat or in /modreq. There was ALWAYS a guide/mod to help me or to answer any odd questions.
I believe having the Guide system is benefical to the server and makes it feel more welcoming and friendly.
As for why i would be an amazing canidate to be a guide :
1) I am a very friendly and helpful person. I tend to go out of my way to help others.
2) I have been in a Mod or Guide type role in other games. (Such as EverQuest and Second Life.) I also realize how much hard work it takes
and its not about fun and games.
(though I do try to make the game fun as much as possible).
3) Tolarance and patience are key.

I would like to apply for the "guide" position to assist new coming players just getting into SMP or have played other servers but are new to slap. I have only been on the server for a about a month or so but have picked up on the rules and organization of the server. I am 25yrs old and have been playing minecraft/tekkit for approx 10 months. Im in pacific time zone and usually spend 2-4hrs a night tues-fri and sat-mon im on a min of 4 hours a day. I have recently donated to become VIP after seeing how welcoming the community is, which i know will also help enable me to more easily help new players with the tp commands that VIPs are given. I know when I started Cats and Kraftking really helped me through the start-up with getting a plot and using all my commands between [member] and [builder]. I am already on vent now and get along with all the staff that i have met; Kraftking,daloria,cats,and Stoux including all other VIP's and just members. I really enjoy the mentality and attitude the server staff has and they are the main reason i would like to join in the "mission" to assist slap's server in growing larger and become even more well known. I am very good with knowing my place I.E. knowing what responsibilities I have to the community and members. I will not and would not ever over step bounds or disrespect mod's or admins as there is of course a chain of command as in all structured aspects of life. I am simply looking to help out as I feel I need to pay back the awesome community you and your staff have set-forth. Please let me know if anyone has any other questions for me in private message or e-mail (mrmichael9428@gmail.com) or heck even let me know if for any reason I am unable to obtain this level of position and possibly what i can do to attain in the future. I will be playing on this server only for quite sometime and have no intentions of harassing anyone about this if I don't get a position in staff. P4R4BE11UM here. If I knew how much you type user names in this game I wouldn't have spelt my name like this when I created my account, lol, but someone had taken the normal spelling so it had to be done. Just call me Para for short.

I'd love to be a Guide... someday a MOD. I'll hold off on MOD for now as I still have much to learn about the server and I feel I should get a better grasp of everything here before stepping up to that challenge.

Anywho, I've been in leadership roles many a time, both in real life and in games. I think I have good patience, especially when I'm talking about something that I enjoy, and I really enjoy this game. Other than redstone, which I'm experimenting with, I have a pretty firm grasp on the game and understand all of it's components so I think I could be a great asset to many of the new players.

Being a Guide will help me learn more about the server, and give me a way to help out this community. It's a great role. I learned that my first few minutes on this server when cats_say_moo helped me get my first plot. It was very refreshing going to a server and actually having someone help you get setup without having to jump through hoops like so many other servers make you do.

Well I hope I'm accepted. I'm looking foward to the opportunity to help this server thrive.

Hi, I am Seth (rainbowcarebear), I am 13, I have been on slap gaming for about a week now and really like it. I haven't gone to any other servers lately because i have been on this one. I am very frequent on playing Minecraft i play it almost everyday. I do play other games but i think i play minecraft the most. I would like to become a guide because i have been playing minecraft since the beta and ive learned a lot of tricks and things to do in minecraft. I know how to use commands and create many things. I'm not sure if anyone else has one but i actually have a piston door activated by tilling (Hoeing) the dirt that is there, then you can shut it with a lever inside. I don't know if this is a good accomplishment but i feel it is and as a guide i could help people create things like this and help them start out and what they need to get going on slap gaming.
